When to engage

Many organisations reach a point where they have a significant opportunity, ambitious goal, or transformational idea, but are unsure what it will take to make it happen.

You may be:

  • Exploring a new program, service or initiative

  • Planning for organisational growth

  • Preparing for a major funding opportunity

  • Developing a capital campaign

  • Looking to significantly lift major giving and philanthropic programs

  • Seeking philanthropic investment for an organisational leap

  • Looking to strengthen organisational capability before scaling

At this stage, organisations often know where they want to go, but need clarity on how to get there.

Henry Consulting Co works alongside organisations to define the pathway, build the necessary foundations, and secure the resources required to achieve ambitious outcomes. It all starts with a 30 minute conversation.

Engagements

Every organisation's journey is different, but most engagements involve understanding what success will require and putting the right pieces in place to achieve it.

This may include strategic planning, organisational development, scoping studies, business modelling, program design, operational frameworks, capability building, or bringing in specialist expertise where needed.

Where funding forms part of the pathway, the focus extends to developing a compelling case for investment and a clear strategy for securing support. This may include up-skilling stakeholders, philanthropy strategy, major gifts fundraising, capital campaign planning, foundation and grant funding, donor engagement, prospect identification, partnership development, and the creation of cases for support and investment propositions.

Some organisations require strategic advice. Others require hands-on delivery. Many require a combination of both.

Throughout the engagement, the focus remains the same: ensuring ambitious ideas are realistic, fundable, and capable of being successfully delivered.

Structure & Cost

No two organisations face exactly the same challenge, and no two engagements are structured in exactly the same way.

Following an initial conversation, a tailored proposal is developed outlining the recommended approach, scope of work, timeframes and investment required.

Engagements may be delivered as a discrete project, a phased program of work, or ongoing strategic advisory support. In each case, the focus is on providing the expertise, structure and guidance needed to move confidently from ambition to implementation.

Fees are determined by the complexity of the work and the level of support required, with clear milestones and deliverables agreed from the outset.
