Meet Courtney Henry

Henry Consulting Co was founded by fundraising and strategy specialist Courtney Henry, whose career spans more than 15 years working with nonprofits in Australia and internationally.

Courtney has helped organisations secure more than $80 million in philanthropic funding, shaped fundraising programs generating tens of millions of dollars annually, secured eight-figure gifts and contributed to major capital campaigns valued at up to $100 million.

Courtney combines deep fundraising experience with a strong grounding in strategy and management. Her work often extends beyond the fundraising itself, helping organisations shape projects and priorities that are strategically aligned and positioned to attract funding.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business and a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship for Women in Management. She has also completed executive education through UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Indian School of Business.

Throughout her career, Courtney saw the same challenge repeatedly: nonprofit leaders knew what they wanted to achieve, but didn't always know how they were going to fund it.

Henry Consulting Co was built to close that gap.
