Our work blends the discipline of management consulting with deep philanthropic insight, giving clients the clarity, structure, and confidence to move from concept to funded reality.

The consultancy was founded by strategist and philanthropy specialist Courtney Henry, whose career spans work with leading hospitals, research institutes, universities, and community organisations in Australia and abroad. Courtney has shaped and grown philanthropic programs that now generate tens of millions of dollars annually, secured eight-figure gifts, and contributed to multiple major capital campaigns of up to $100m. Her work is distinguished by an ability to bring order to complexity, translating ambitious or emerging ideas into clear strategies and compelling investment cases.

Courtney’s experience is underpinned by rigorous global training. She holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship for Women in Management, and has completed executive studies at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, and the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. Her international work has taken her through Hong Kong, Scotland, New Zealand, and Israel, where she explored advanced social impact funding and innovation ecosystems.

Her perspective is grounded in practice as well as principle. Courtney has worked alongside philanthropic foundations to build granting programs and evaluation frameworks, published in Fundraising & Philanthropy, presented at sector conferences, and served on not-for-profit boards. Earlier in her career, time spent volunteering in Myanmar and Cambodia shaped her enduring commitment to equity, community impact, and the power of well-designed initiatives to create meaningful change.
