Meet Courtney Henry

Henry Consulting Co was founded by strategist and philanthropy specialist Courtney Henry, whose career spans more than 15 years working alongside hospitals, medical research institutes, universities and community organisations in Australia and internationally.

Courtney has helped organisations secure more than $80 million in philanthropic funding, shaped fundraising programs generating tens of millions of dollars annually, secured transformational gifts and contributed to major capital campaigns valued at up to $100 million.

Her approach is informed by both executive fundraising leadership and management consulting disciplines. Courtney holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship for Women in Management, and has completed executive education through UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Indian School of Business.

Throughout her career, Courtney recognised a recurring challenge across the for-purpose sector. Organisations were often presented with significant opportunities or complex challenges that required access to significant, transformational levels of funding, but lacked the specialist expertise needed to prepare for and secure it.

The Transformational Funding Journey was developed to provide that pathway.
